Glen Ellyn Golden Eagles Football
The Glen Ellyn Golden Eagles Youth Football program participates in the west suburban Bill George Youth Football League (BGYFL). It is a competitive travel program where players learn and develop the fundamentals of tackle football, teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership in a supervised, organized and safe atmosphere. Teams are formed based on age, weight, and ability.
Registration begins January 19th and 26th from 9:00AM to 2:00PM at BEN FRANKLIN elementary school located at 350 Bryant Ave. The Glen Ellyn Park District Athletic Registration Form must be completed with the waiver signed along with a copy of the participant’s birth certificate. The Fee structure is listed below.

The program begins July 28th, 2008 and ends around the second week of November. Practices are Monday thru Friday from 6:00PM to 8:00PM with a game on the weekends. Practices are normally cut back to three days a week after school starts in September. Players are strongly encouraged to attend all practices. Play time can be effected by practice attendance.

Pratices are from 6:00PM - 8:00PM, Monday thru Friday begining July 30th untill School starts and then in general, they will be Tues, Thurs, and Friday from 6:00Pm - 8:00PM.

All teams will meet at Newton Park for the first couple days of practice.

A NOTE FROM THE GLEN ELLYN PARK DISTRICT
The Glen Ellyn Park District is asking that all families please leave your dogs at home during athletic games at all of our parks. We want everyone’s experience at our athletic events to be a safe and fun environment and we feel this will add to that safety during all athletic events. Exception to this rule would be anyone who needs a personal (assistance) service dog. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in regards to this issue.
